On the 10th of this month Dale Jr. Announced a split with DEI (Dale Earnhardt Industries)....

After further research we have found some interesting points..

Dale Jr. acknowledged that he DID want to continue driving Chevrolet AND he also "hoped" to bring his Budweiser sponsorship with him.

Out of the 3 logical choices of teams to join..Hendricks Motorsports, Joe Gibbs Racing and RCR (Richard Childress Racing) with RCR being the most logical, here are some exciting notes..

1. IF Dale Jr. joined RCR it would be at the SAME age that his DAD Dale Sr. had joined RCR (the age of 32)..

2. IF Dale Jr. joined RCR who else would be the most accepted to drive the legendary #3 car than Dale Sr.'s son.

3. Imagine this, Dale Jr. Driving his Dad's #3 car...the car wrapped in black with Budweiser on the hood!!!!

4. NASCAR doesn't "retire" numbers!!!...The numbers are the property of the owners/team.

So where do you guys see this going?? Where do you "HOPE" it goes...

Another point is Dale Jr. keeping his Budweiser sponsorship...one note is he is a young driver with a lot of star power that appeals to the demographics that Budweiser targets...so staying with Bud is almost a given...

Teresa, btw, is a B**CH...!!!

I'd love to see him drive a car with his Dad's number! I agree, his step mom is a bitch & is doing the kids wrong.

LeAnne,
Junior has already said he would like to drive the "3" car later in his career. That would be great. But give this a thought, Jr goes to Joe Gibbs Racing and teams up with Tony Stewart(who I would consider alot like Dale Sr, speaking up and not being so "politically" correct as to issues in Nascar). Plus they seem to really work well together on the restrictor plate tracks (Daytona,Talledaga). Could be interesting! Just a thought.
