Don't even know where to start on this one - I have seen 1,000's of movies in my life - All Time Favorite Movie: "Not Another Teen Movie." I'm not usually the type of person that watches movies over and over, but I NEVER get tired of this one. I catch a new sight gag everytime I watch it. Overall I usually prefer comedies or action movies. Not so much the standard Hollywood action blockbuster though - too much emphasis on how cool the special effects are and not enough effort put into the storyline. Other favs: Swing Kids, Saving Private Ryan & Band of Brothers, anything with Edward Norton, Ed Harris, Kevin Spacey. I also have a soft spot for teen movies that I am way too old to still be watching, but I just can't seem to help myself.

Darn near anything. Electronica, Rap, Alternative, Classic Rock, even some Mainstream Pop. Just keep me away from Classical and most Country (although there are a few artists I enjoy). All time favorite group - The Prodigy. Other favs: Black Sheep, Daft Punk, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Fatboy Slim, Fischerspooner, Information Society, Kayne West, Linkin Park, Panic! At the Disco Richard Cheese, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Stone Temple Pilots, The Killers, The KLF, The Peacemakers (The Refreshments), The Streets, Underworld, Yaz, and I'm hiding this one at the end in hopes that most of you got bored and won't read it, but I also enjoy Christina Aguilera - I know I not supposed to, but the girl can sing.

Ater not reading much for the past 5 years, I've gotten into it again. Halfway through this year and I've gotten through almost 50 books already! I enjoy John Sandford, Dan Brown, Dean Koontz, and Michael Crichton among others Any type of mystery/adventure book will usually do.

In a friend:
Anyone that shares similar interests. I like to try new things too - share the things that you love with me and I will show you the things I am passionate about. I love to have fun and I am always looking to meet other people that know how to have a good time. - Responsibly. I don't need drugs to have a good time - if you do, that's cool so long as you don't get out of control on a regular basis - I'll take care of you, but I hate babysitting.
In a girl:
All of the above AND someone that I can challenge and that will challenge me back. How can we ever grow if we do the same things over and over? I love to learn and I love to think. I want someone that also likes to use their head and doesn't always take the easy route just because it's the easy thing to do.

I've been living my new life in Anderson, SC for about 6 months now after being in AZ for the previous 25 years. I like it here more than I thought. It's a slower paced existence than I anticipated, but there are some great people here. Everyone is lots more friendly and helpful than I am used to. It took a while to get started here, given that I only knew 2 people in the whole state, but I feel like it's home now that I've gotten settled in and finally found a good job. While I was job searching, I was doing the landscpaing on the new house. Five months and over 800 hours of labor later, it's ALMOST done. It's coming out better than I had hoped and should be quite the showplace in another month or two.
